Titanium corrugated pipe
Titanium Corrugated Pipe is a pipeline made of titanium material with a corrugated outer surface. It is typically used for conveying liquids or gases in special industrial applications and has excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance.
Titanium corrugated pipes are made of high-purity titanium materials, usually titanium alloys, such as titanium grade 2 (Ti-2) or titanium grade 5 (Ti-5). These titanium materials have excellent corrosion resistance and can resist corrosion by acids, alkalis, oxides, and other chemical media. This makes titanium corrugated pipes very suitable for fields that require high corrosion resistance, such as the chemical, marine, and petroleum industries.
In addition, titanium corrugated pipes have good high-temperature performance. Titanium materials have a high melting point and good thermal conductivity, enabling titanium bellows to maintain stability and durability in high-temperature environments. This makes them widely used in high-temperature process applications, such as heat exchangers, boiler systems, and combustion equipment.
